ITC Grand Goa is a Portuguese-inspired resort on Arossim Beach in South Goa. It covers 45 acres of gardens, lagoons and lawns. There are 246 rooms and suites, laid out like small villages of terracotta roofs and arched bridges. Rooms overlook the gardens, the lagoons or the sea, and many have a balcony or balcao. Six signature restaurants cover Goan, Italian and Indian kitchens. Kaya Kalp, The Royal Spa, spreads across 3,344 sq m. The pool sits under tall palms, and the beach is a short walk away. Arossim is quiet and wide, well south of the busy strip. We place families and longer stays here. It is the classic South Goa resort, with plenty of space and reliably good food.
