Gateway Goa sits on a hill above Palolem, in Canacona. It looks over the Sahyadri mountains on one side and the Arabian Sea on the other. From the upper floors you can see Rajbag, Patnem and Colomb beaches all at once. The hotel has 156 rooms and 4 suites. Most have a balcony or terrace. The rooftop restaurant, 74 degrees NE, is the only bistro of its kind in South Goa. There is a pool, a fitness centre and a spa. A scheduled shuttle runs to Palolem, Patnem and Rajbag beaches. This is Goa at its quietest. Beaches here are wide, calm and uncrowded. We place guests in Palolem when they want the south coast at a slow pace, with modern comfort as a base.
