First, one night in Mumbai
Trident, Nariman Point
Trident, Nariman Point, Mumbai: sea-view rooms above Marine Drive, pool terrace, spa, Frangipani and Ness. A premium base for South Mumbai.

About This Journey
This is a slow loop from Mumbai through hill station and wine country. Two nights at Lonavala give you cool air and Sahyadri viewpoints. Two nights in Nashik give you vineyards and the Godavari ghats.
Drives are short and the days are unhurried. It is a break from the cities rather than a sightseeing marathon.
Viewpoints, lakes and, in the monsoon, waterfalls that spill off the cliffs. We choose the best spots for the season.
Nashik is India's wine country. A day among the vines includes a tour, a tasting and lunch beside the water.
At dusk the ghats at Ramkund fill with lamps and bells. It is a quiet counterpoint to the vineyard days.
The route runs between hills and farmland. We build in unhurried stops for coffee and views.
