Andaman & Nicobar · 4 Days
Andaman Port Blair Explorer
Four days pairing Port Blair's Cellular Jail and Ross Island with a day at Havelock's Radhanagar Beach.
Day by Day
4 Days, In Full
Four days built around Port Blair's history before a beach finish on Havelock Island. Cellular Jail opens the trip, the colonial prison turned national memorial, with its evening Light and Sound show. The next day crosses to Ross Island, renamed Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Dweep, where old British ruins sit wrapped in banyan roots and wild deer roam free. A ferry then carries you to Havelock Island for a day at Radhanagar Beach, once named Asia's best by Time magazine. A private guide and boat transfers run throughout.

Port Blair
Arrival in Port Blair — Cellular Jail & Light and Sound Show
Private airport pickup on arrival in Port Blair, the Andaman Islands' capital. The afternoon centres on Cellular Jail. It was built between 1896 and 1906 to hold India's freedom fighters in solitary cells. It's known as Kala Pani, or black water. Today it stands as a national memorial. Evening brings the jail's Light and Sound show, telling that history after dark. Then it's off to your hotel for the night.

Ross Island — Colonial Ruins & Resident Deer
A short boat ride from Aberdeen Jetty crosses to Ross Island, renamed Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Dweep in 2018. It served as the British administrative headquarters for the Andamans from the 1850s onward. A 1941 earthquake struck the island hard. The Japanese occupation followed soon after, ending that era for good. Old ballrooms, churches, and bungalows still stand here. Banyan roots now wrap through their walls and columns, slowly reclaiming the ruins. Wild deer roam freely across the island's grassy stretches. It's a quiet, atmospheric contrast to Cellular Jail's darker history. The boat returns to Port Blair by early afternoon.

Port Blair → Havelock Island
Port Blair to Havelock Island — Ferry Crossing
A private ferry crossing to Havelock Island, officially renamed Swaraj Dweep. The trip takes around ninety minutes across open water. Most visitors still use the old name. Check in by early afternoon. The rest of the day is free to settle into the island's slower pace before tomorrow's beach and reef days.

Havelock Island
Radhanagar Beach — Once Named Asia's Best
A full day at Radhanagar Beach, on Havelock's western shore. Time magazine named it Asia's best beach in 2004, and it has kept its Blue Flag certification for cleanliness and safety since. The sand runs pale and fine, backed by dense island forest that stays green right down to the shoreline. Late afternoon is the best time to be here, as the light turns gold before sunset over the water.
